The property consists of approximately 13,000 hectares or +/-32,000 acres. The entire perimeter of the ranch is high-fenced. It is primarily native pastures along with brush and trees native to the area. There have been some improved pastures planted. The ranch has nice elevation changes and an abundance of grass, even though Argentina is in the midst of an on-going 3 year drought. Currently the ranch is supporting approximately 2,000 head of cattle along with 700-800 red deer.

The red deer herd, although native to the area, have been improved over the years with the addition of stags and females of New Zealand bloodlines. These efforts have resulted in an amazing herd of red deer.

In addition to the red deer, there is an abundance of Russian boar and Perdiz (a type of partridge or prairie chicken native to the area). Also, there has been a number of pumas (mountain-lions) taken on the property over the years.

The ranch is well watered by approximately 10 water wells plus 2 artesian (flowing) wells. There are 5 sets of livestock working pens on the property.

The ranch features a large main house (+/- 10,000 sq. ft.} along with 3 smaller houses for a grounds-keeper and ranch workers. The main house has a concrete tile roof and polished, wood-inlayed concrete floors. There are 5 guest bedrooms along with a master suite. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The house features an entry foyer and bedroom hallway which doubles as trophy rooms. Off the entry foyer is a half-bath along with a gun-vault and changing room. Across the foyer is a library/study and TV room. The foyer leads into a large living room with fireplace and large plate-glass window overlooking the swimming pool area. Beside the living room is a formal dining room, also with fireplace and large plate-glass window overlooking the wildlife watering area. The house has a large gourmet kitchen with an informal breakfast/dining room attached. There is a laundry room along with a walk-in pantry and storage room. The ranch is located in the southern part of the province of La Pampa about an hour and a half inland from the east coast of Argentina and priced at U$S 400/ hectare or U$S 162 per acre.
