The ranch known as “Las Flores” is located 90km east of the town of Chamical and 130km southeast of the city (provincial capital) of La Rioja. The property lies afront of National Route 79.

The property consists of 8500 hectares (20,995 acres).
It is bordered on the west by “Los Cerrillos”(INTA Experimet Station) and on the east by a model ranch known as “Nodrizadel Norte”. The property is served by a shared road of 3km to the entrance. The road continues inside the property another 6km to the ranch headquarters. Located at the headquarters is a house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. Also inside is a large gallery with indoor barbecue grill. The house is served by solar panels for electricity. Also at the headquarters are 2 wells with a depth of 40 meters(~130ft.) with a combined production of approximately 3500lts/hr (15 gal/min). There is a water storage tank with a capacity of 100,000lts (~25,000 gallons). The headquarters are equipped with a good set of working pens along with livestock loadout Chute. About 100mts to the west of the headquarters is an earthen tank with dimensions of 100mts x 50mts. Water lines are currently being installed to distribute water to most of the property. There is also a concrete storage tank with a capacity of 200,000lts located approximately 7km south of the headquarters.
Approximately 1/3 of the property consists of rolling hills with rock outcrops and the remainder is of level plains. All water distribution is currently by gravity flow as the ranch slopes from north to south. The nothwest corner of the property borders National Route 79 for 1.8km. The property is totally enclosed with 45km of fencing. There is 1 smaller pasture being fenced near the pens at the headquarters.
The current carrying capacity of the ranch is approximately 500 cows but could be easily doubled by the planting of Bufflegrass and improvement of water supply.
The property sells with all livestock and equipment.
The property is reasonably priced at $1,275,000 US - $150/hectare($60/acre).
